Q: How do I buy items?
A: Found something you love? Simply click on the listing, and either select “Add to Cart” or choose “Buy Now” to proceed to checkout. We offer three payment options: Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery (COD).
Q: How do I know the condition of an item?
A: We require all sellers to provide a detailed description and clear photos of each item. You’ll see if the item is pre-owned, never worn, or new. We encourage you to look at the pictures closely to get a good idea of what you’re buying!
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: Payment can be handled directly on the website via Credit/Debit Card, or between you and the seller through our secure messaging system for Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery.
Q: How does shipping work?
A: The seller is responsible for shipping your item. You’ll find all the important details, including the shipping cost and method, in the item listing.
Q: What is the return policy?
A: Return policies are set by each individual seller and can vary. Always check the seller’s specific policy before making a purchase.
Q: How do I contact a seller?
A: You can easily contact a seller through our secure messaging system on the item page.
Q: I bought a pre-owned item. What should I do?
A: Please proceed with caution when purchasing used items. We encourage you to take precautions, such as washing or sanitizing the item before use.

Q: How do I sell items?
A: To start your ThriftyFinds TT journey, you’ll need to create a vendor account and choose a subscription plan. Once that’s set up, you can start creating listings for your items, adding great photos, and writing detailed descriptions to attract buyers.
Q: What items can I sell?
A: You can sell pre-owned, never-worn, and new clothing as long as it’s in excellent condition and meets our quality standards.
Q: How much does it cost to sell?
A: We operate on a subscription model. To list your items, you will pay a monthly or yearly subscription fee.
Q: How do I get paid?
A: For each listing, you can select your preferred payment methods. You can choose to be paid directly by the buyer through a Bank Transfer or with Cash on Delivery (COD). You can also allow buyers to pay with a Credit or Debit Card directly on our platform, and the earnings will be deposited into your account.
Q: How do I withdraw my earnings?
A: Payments made by Credit/Debit Card or ThriftyFindsTT Bank Transfer will be deposited into the bank account you’ve listed in your seller profile. Withdrawals are processed each week once a delivery has been confirmed.
Q: What are the requirements for listing an item?
A: Every listing must include a detailed description of the item’s condition, clear and accurate photos, the size, brand, and price. The more information you provide, the more likely you are to make a sale!
Q: How do I ship items to buyers?
A: As a seller, you are responsible for shipping your items. Be sure to arrange a reliable shipping method and provide tracking information to your buyers.
