1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Vendor” or “you”) and ThriftyFindsTT (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By subscribing to our services and creating a store on ThriftyFindsTT, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Description of Service

ThriftyFindsTT provides an online platform that allows vendors to create their own online stores and list pre-owned clothing, handbags, and accessories for sale. We offer subscription plans on a monthly or yearly basis for this service.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

As a Vendor on ThriftyFindsTT, you are solely responsible for the following:

• Listings: Creating accurate and detailed listings for your products, including descriptions, images, pricing, and condition.
• Transactions: Managing all aspects of sales transactions with buyers, including communication, payment processing, and any disputes. ThriftyFindsTT is not involved in or responsible for payment processing between buyers and vendors.
• Shipping and Delivery: Arranging and managing the shipping or pick-up of sold items directly with the buyer. ThriftyFindsTT does not facilitate or take responsibility for the shipping or delivery of products.
• Customer Service: Providing customer service and addressing any inquiries or issues raised by buyers.
• Compliance with Laws: Ensuring that your listings and sales comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to the sale of goods.
• Accuracy of Information: Maintaining the accuracy and completeness of all information provided in your store and listings.

4. Verification Process

ThriftyFindsTT implements a verification process for sellers, which may include:

• Name
• Telephone number
• Address
• Submission of government-issued identification.
• Uploading a picture into the system upon registration.
• Providing two (2) references, name and contact number.

While we take steps to verify the identity of sellers, this process is not a guarantee of the legitimacy or conduct of any vendor. Buyers are responsible for exercising their own judgment and due diligence when interacting with vendors.

5. Subscription Fees and Payment

• Vendors are required to pay a monthly or yearly subscription fee to maintain their online store on ThriftyFindsTT.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in our refund policy (if any).
• We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time, with prior notice to vendors.
• Payment for subscriptions will be processed through our designated payment gateway. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information.

6. Messaging System

ThriftyFindsTT provides a secure messaging system to facilitate direct communication between buyers and vendors regarding product inquiries, negotiations, and transaction arrangements. All communication related to sales and purchases should be conducted through this messaging system.

7. Prohibited Items and Conduct

You agree not to list or sell any prohibited items, which may include (but are not limited to):

• Counterfeit or stolen goods.
• Illegal or hazardous materials.
• Items that infringe upon intellectual property rights.
• Items that violate our community guidelines (which may be updated from time to time).

You also agree not to engage in any prohibited conduct, including:

• Spamming or sending unsolicited messages.
• Misrepresenting products or providing false information.
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
• Harassing or abusive behavior towards other users.
• Attempting to circumvent our platform or fees.

8. Intellectual Property

• ThriftyFindsTT Content: All content on the ThriftyFindsTT platform, including logos, trademarks, designs, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without our express written permission.
• Vendor Content: By listing products on ThriftyFindsTT, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and promote your listings and store for the purpose of operating and marketing the platform. You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant this license.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThriftyFindsTT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
• Interactions or transactions with buyers.
• Shipping or delivery issues.
• The content or accuracy of listings.
• The conduct of other users.

You acknowledge that your use of ThriftyFindsTT is at your own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThriftyFindsTT, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your use of the ThriftyFindsTT platform.
• Your listings or the sale of your products.
• Your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to ThriftyFindsTT at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you will not be entitled to a refund of any subscription fees.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Trinidad and Tobago. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of ThriftyFindsTT shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify vendors of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our platform or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of ThriftyFindsTT after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and ThriftyFindsTT and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
